FlowStock is owned and operated by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Aludiya Complex, ahead of Truck Union, Ward No. 7, Lalsot, Rajasthan – 303503, India. In this policy, “FlowStock”, “we” and “us” refer to LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED, which is the entity responsible for the data described below.

FlowStock (“we”, “us”) provides business management software for retail and multi-vendor D2C operations, including a web dashboard and the FlowStock mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect through the app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you sign in, we store your email address, name, and an encrypted password (or, for vendors, a phone number and OTP verification).

Business data you enter. Products, orders, invoices, purchases, customers, and related records you create while using FlowStock, stored so the app can function as your business system.

Camera. Used to scan barcodes and QR codes at checkout, take product photos, and record short packing-proof videos for shipments. Photos and videos you capture are uploaded to your FlowStock account; nothing is captured without your action.

Microphone. Used only while recording a packing-proof video, to capture audio alongside the video as part of that same recording.

Photo library. Used only when you choose to attach an existing photo (e.g. a product image or invoice logo) from your device.

Face ID / biometrics. Used only to unlock the app on your device. Biometric data is processed entirely on-device by your phone’s operating system and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we store a device token so we can deliver alerts (e.g. order or upload status) to your device.

We use collected data to operate the app’s core features: your inventory, orders, invoicing, purchasing, courier/shipping integrations, and vendor payout workflows. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use camera, microphone, or photo access for anything beyond the specific feature you invoked it for.

FlowStock lets you connect advertising and marketing accounts — including Google (Google Ads via the Google Marketing/Ads API) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — so that your campaign and performance data can be shown alongside your orders and inventory inside the dashboard.

What we access. When you choose to connect a Google account, Google asks for your consent and then provides FlowStock with an access token. We use it only to read the advertising data you authorize — such as your Google Ads accounts, campaigns, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) — to display marketing analytics and attribute results to your orders. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google data.

How we store it. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to perform the actions you enabled. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the app’s Integrations settings, which revokes FlowStock’s access, and you can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

Limited Use. FlowStock’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve the features you use, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

We share data only where necessary to provide the service you’ve configured — for example, syncing product/order data with Shopify if you connect a store, forwarding shipment details to the courier partner you select, or sending WhatsApp messages you initiate through the WhatsApp Business platform. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (below); we’ll delete it except where we’re required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Camera, microphone, photo library, and notification permissions are all optional and requested only when a specific feature needs them. You can review or revoke any of these at any time in your device’s Settings app.

FlowStock is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
