Cancellation & Refund Policy

FlowStock is a software subscription owned and operated by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Aludiya Complex, ahead of Truck Union, Ward No. 7, Lalsot, Rajasthan – 303503, India. All subscription charges for FlowStock are collected by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED through its payment gateway partner, and any refund under this policy is issued by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED.

FlowStock is sold as a subscription to software as a service, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. There is no physical product and therefore nothing is shipped or delivered physically; access to the Service is provisioned to your account immediately after a successful payment. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Paid plans may be offered with a free trial period. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without paying anything. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the first billing cycle is charged.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your FlowStock dashboard, or by writing to [email protected] from your registered email address.

On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee. You can export your business data before the period ends, and data retention after closure is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were billed twice for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, we refund the excess amount in full.
• Payment made in error. If you report an accidental payment within 7 days of the charge and the account has not been meaningfully used in that period, we refund it in full.
• Service failure. If a fault on our side leaves the Service substantially unusable for a sustained period and we are unable to resolve it, we refund the affected part of the fee on a pro-rata basis.
• Mid-cycle cancellation. Fees for a billing cycle already in progress are generally not refundable, because the Service remains available to you until the end of that cycle. Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of the initial charge are refundable in full.

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and decide on them within 7 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method through our payment gateway, and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are never paid to a different account or instrument than the one used for the original payment.

Charges consumed through third-party services purchased via FlowStock — for example courier/shipping charges paid to a logistics partner, WhatsApp conversation fees, or SMS credits — are passed through to those providers once used and are not refundable. Any unused prepaid balance remains available in your account.
