Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlowStock (“FlowStock”, “we”, “us”), including our web dashboard, the FlowStock mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are a contract between you and LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Aludiya Complex, ahead of Truck Union, Ward No. 7, Lalsot, Rajasthan – 303503, India. FlowStock is a product of LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED, and all references to “FlowStock”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED.

FlowStock is business management software for retail and multi-vendor D2C operations. It provides inventory, orders, invoicing, purchasing, courier/shipping integrations, vendor payout workflows, and marketing tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your authorization. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you may not use it if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
• upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use, or that violates the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or any connected third-party integration except as those integrations permit.

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms — for example Google (including Google Ads and the Google Marketing/Ads API), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and courier/shipping providers. When you connect an account, you authorize FlowStock to access and process data from that platform on your behalf to provide the features you have enabled. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect an integration at any time from the app’s settings.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you enter into or connect to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

Where a plan or feature is offered on a paid basis, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and any taxes will be presented to you before you subscribe. Payments are collected by LawSetu AI PRIVATE LIMITED through its payment gateway partner; card, UPI and net-banking credentials are handled by that gateway and are never stored by us. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from third-party platforms will always be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowStock will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, subject to sections that by their nature survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
